What we receive. In a typical engagement, a client grants named Page One Power team members access to client-owned platforms such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or a content management system. Clients may also share campaign inputs including brand guidelines, keyword targets, subject matter contacts, and approval feedback.
What we do not receive. Page One Power does not request, require, or accept our clients’ end-customer records, payment card data, protected health information, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal data. Our services do not require it. If a client sends such data to us inadvertently, we will notify the client and delete it.
Where it lives. Client engagement materials are stored in the Page One Power Google Workspace tenant, hosted in United States data centers, in client-specific folders with access limited to the team assigned to that account. Multi-factor authentication is required on all Page One Power accounts. We do not operate a customer-facing software platform, and we do not store client data in any shared application database.
Access and offboarding. Access to client-owned systems is provisioned by the client to named individuals. We notify clients of changes in assigned personnel so access can be revoked, and we confirm removal of all client system access at the conclusion of an engagement. On request, we will return or delete engagement materials.
Confidentiality. Employees and contractors are bound by confidentiality obligations covering client information. Client information is not used for any purpose other than delivering the services the client engaged us to perform.
Page One Power uses artificial intelligence and generative AI tools in parts of our research, content production, and internal operations workflows. Our practices are as follows:
Human oversight. AI-assisted output is reviewed and edited by Page One Power personnel before it is delivered to a client or published. We do not deliver unreviewed machine-generated content.
Client data. We do not submit client confidential information, client credentials, or personal data belonging to our clients’ customers into public or consumer AI tools. Where AI tools are used on client work, we use business or enterprise tiers configured so that submitted content is not used to train the provider’s models.
Tool approval. AI tools used on client work are approved by Page One Power management. Employees and contractors may not adopt unapproved tools for client work.
Client direction. Clients may instruct us to restrict or prohibit the use of AI tools on their account, and we will document and follow those instructions.
We may monitor or record any of your telephone conversations, emails, or chats with us for quality control purposes, for purposes of training our employees, and for our own protection.
