SEO Quick Tips: Link Value

Amy Merrill | September 26, 2016

Hello. I'm Amy, a Project Manager with Page One Power, and today I want to talk about the most important, yet most commonly overlooked elements, when determining the SEO value of an individual link.

First, on the authority side. Can Google see it? Is Google crawling it? What I mean, is the site indexed and is the page cached?

Next, you'll want to determine is the link a due followed link?

On the relevancy side, two things to consider.

First, is it relevant on a domain to domain level?

And second, and more importantly, is it relevant on a page to page level.

If you can tick off these five boxes, chances are you have the base elements of a good link.

Thanks for watching another SEO Quick Tip with Page One Power.
